Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an Account Executive to build and maintain relationships with strategic clients in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, owning the full sales cycle and supporting GTM strategies. You will drive revenue, acquire new clients, and represent Airwallex in client meetings and events across the region.

You will be commercially-minded, analytical, and a fintech enthusiast who forges relationships and delivers thought leadership to help customers grow using Airwallex products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• 4+ years of sales experience, preferably fintech/payments.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft multi‑product solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for CXO‑level meetings.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Independent and collaborative in fast‑paced environments.
• Proficient in CRM software and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure customer success.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts including bespoke multi‑product agreements.
• Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and market trends.
