Airwallex is seeking an experienced (Senior) Counsel to support our fast-growing commercial legal team across EMEA. The role focuses on supporting a complex set of fintech products and the Sales team, helping us scale in multiple markets including Germany, Israel, France, the Netherlands and the UK.

This position is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You will drive high-stakes negotiations, build scalable templates and playbooks, and act as a strategic partner to our dynamic leadership,

Formación

• 5–8 years of legal experience in private practice.
• In-house fintech experience preferred.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Drive complex enterprise deals across EMEA, with emphasis on UK, NL, and IL.
• Develop and implement scalable templates, playbooks, and processes for commercial legal support.
• Lead negotiations on high-stakes contracts and partnerships.
• Serve as a strategic partner to commercial leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale GTM initiatives and multi-jurisdictional deals.
• Leverage data and technology to improve efficiency of the legal function.
• Work with global legal, compliance, and risk teams on multi-jurisdictional projects.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and collaboration.
