Job summary

Justworks is seeking an experienced International Benefits professional to own EMEA benefits operations end-to-end, from procurement and renewals to plan design and broker management, helping scale benefits across a rapidly expanding international footprint.

You will partner with Legal, Payroll, Product, CX and Revenue to launch benefits in new markets, analyze enrollment and cost data, and evolve the program management cadence as the function matures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of international benefits experience with deep knowledge of EMEA markets (UK, EU, and expansion markets).
• Experience with benefits procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and plan design in a multi-country environment.
• Track record of supporting or leading benefits launches in new markets.

Responsibilities

• Own full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets — procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch benefits in new EMEA markets.
• Build and manage relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers across EMEA.
• Track enrollment, utilization, and cost data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Evolve the benefits program operating cadence and cross-functional coordination.
