Job summary

NIKE is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the EMEA People Process Delivery team for Compensation, Benefits and Time Off. You will partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable delivery across EMEA.

You will drive strategy to execution, strengthen controls, and simplify processes while delivering great employee experiences. The ideal candidate will have deep compensation and benefits operations expertise and proven leadership.

Qualifications

Experience in HR shared services and compensation/benefits administration.
Experience leading managers/supervisors in a corporate setting.
Knowledge of compensation cycles, salary reviews, vendor management, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end administration of compensation and benefits across EMEA.
Own annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews and market adjustments.
Guide benefits operations and vendor administration for a consistent employee experience.
Partner with Total Rewards and People Solutions to launch program changes with clear plans and adoption measures.
Set and monitor service levels, KPIs, and controls to manage risk and improve outcomes.
Use data and feedback to simplify processes and strengthen scalable delivery models.
Build, coach, and develop an inclusive, high-performing team with vendor accountability.
