Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking an EMEA Partner Operations Manager to translate global partner strategy into regional workflows across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will enable onboarding, registrations, access, and enablement, partnering with Sales, Revenue Ops, Finance, Legal, Marketing and CS to improve execution and revenue visibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Partner, Channel, Revenue, or Sales Operations.
• Experience supporting partner ecosystems across multiple EMEA markets.
• Strong knowledge of deal registration, attribution, and pipeline reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM, BI, or portal systems.
• Excellent analytical, written, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own EMEA partner workflows in line with global policies.
• Manage regional intake, SLAs, escalations, and policy exceptions.
• Establish operating cadences for deal reviews and updates.
• Identify process gaps and translate into procedures or automation.
• Serve as escalation point for partner access and deal registration.
• Manage the EMEA deal-registration lifecycle from submission to reporting.
• Maintain accurate partner activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Deliver insights for pipeline reviews and executive reporting.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, contracts, portal access, user administration.
• Track activation through portal usage and certifications.
• Improve partner self-service with documentation.
