Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Lead, Benefits Administration EMEA to drive critical projects and optimize processes across the EMEA region. You will partner with HR, Finance and external providers to deliver high-quality service and implement system improvements.

You will lead cross-border benefits administration, support mergers and acquisitions, and mentor the team to strengthen operational expertise. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in international HR environment.
• Experience in benefits administration within the EMEA region.
• Experience with Workday.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of EMEA benefits regulations and compliance.
• Fluent English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits administration activities across the EMEA region, ensuring service level agreements are consistently achieved.
• Manage business-critical projects, including mergers and acquisitions support, process transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate, escalate, and resolve issues to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Partner with Human Resources systems teams to identify and implement process enhancements and system improvements.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of new system functionality to improve operational effectiveness.
• Analyse benefits data, trends, and employee enquiries to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
• Develop, maintain, and standardise end-to-end benefits administration processes, knowledge articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance to team members to strengthen operational expertise and service delivery capabilities.
