Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Lead, Benefits Administration EMEA to drive cross-regional benefits initiatives, optimize processes, and deliver high-quality service across the EMEA region. You will partner with HR, Finance, and external providers to ensure compliant, efficient benefits delivery.

You will manage critical projects, support system changes (Workday), analyze data, and develop standardised documentation while mentoring team members to elevate service levels across countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years in an international HR environment.
• Experience managing employee benefits administration within the EMEA region.
• Experience in process improvement and project management.
• Experience using Workday.
• Advanced Excel user.
• Knowledge of EMEA benefits regulations and compliance.
• Fluent English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits administration activities across the EMEA region, ensuring SLAs are achieved.
• Manage business-critical projects, including M&A support and process transitions.
• Investigate and resolve complex benefits/system issues to minimise disruption.
• Partner with HR systems teams to implement process enhancements and system improvements.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of new system functionality.
• Analyse benefits data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and standardise end-to-end benefits processes, knowledge articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting docs.
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance to the team.
