Job summary

Hai Robotics is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate opportunities and engage decision-makers across fashion, e-commerce, retail, and healthcare from our Hoofddorp office in the Netherlands. The role supports a hybrid working model with two fixed WFH days.

You will build and qualify a robust sales pipeline, conduct targeted outreach, and present Hai Robotics solutions to potential clients while collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective lead handoffs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
• 1–2 years in business development or sales in tech/automation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify sales pipeline in the EMEA region.
• Execute targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Present solutions and articulate value to stakeholders.
• Qualify leads to ensure alignment with buyer goals.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and triggers.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales for lead handoffs and strategy.
• Track outreach using Apollo and other tools.
• Share best practices and contribute to team initiatives.
