Job summary

Hai Robotics seeks a Solution Consultant to join as a full-time team member in the Netherlands. You will design and optimize automation solutions for warehouse logistics, work with partners on system architecture, and analyze data to tailor solutions for end customers.

The role emphasizes strong technical consulting and cross-functional collaboration. You will gain hands-on experience in solution design, data analysis, and training partners on Hai Robotics products, contributing to project

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Business Information System, Engineering, Software).
5+ years in Material-Handling Automation, Warehouse Management System or Material Handling Equipment.
Strong consultative thinking with ability to identify issues and craft practical solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and MS Office; able to collaborate with partners and customers.

Responsibilities

Design Support: collaborate with partners to design comprehensive solutions and guide system architecture and equipment selection.
Data Analysis: collect and analyze warehouse data to tailor automation solutions and drive design optimization.
Technical Expertise: demonstrate deep warehouse automation knowledge to assess risks and ensure solution quality.
Collaboration: coordinate with partners on timelines, milestones, and resources.
Training: provide training on Hai Robotics products, systems, and best practices.
