Job summary

Hai Robotics in the Netherlands (Hoofddorp) is seeking a Solution Consultant to join full-time. You will design and optimize automation solutions for warehouse logistics, working closely with partners to tailor system architectures and risk assessments. You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, solution design, and technical consulting, collaborating across teams to ensure successful project execution and long-term performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BIS, engineering or software.
• Minimum 5+ years in material-handling automation, WMS/MHE.
• Proven consultative problem-solving and solution design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive automation solutions with partners.
• Analyze data from warehouse operations to tailor designs.
• Provide technical expertise and assess risks in proposals.
• Collaborate with partner teams on timelines and resources.
• Deliver training on Hai Robotics products to partners.
