Job summary

Perk is seeking an outstanding Executive / VIP Travel Consultant to deliver elite seven-star service to senior leaders and high-value corporate clients. You will manage complex itineraries, act as a trusted advisor, and handle last-minute disruptions with calm professionalism.

Strong background in hospitality, premium travel, or luxury customer service is essential, with deep GDS experience and a track record of CSAT leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-touch premium customer service in executive travel, hospitality, aviation or luxury brands.
• GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar) required; cross-platform training provided if needed.
• Strong understanding of contact centre performance metrics, including productivity, efficiency and CSAT.
• Exceptional communication skills with polished, discreet style.
• Ability to remain calm, decisive, and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of executive and VIP corporate travel (air, hotel, ground transport, bespoke requests).
• Providing expert recommendations aligned to traveler preferences, policy, and duty of care.
• Handling urgent and high-impact travel disruptions with speed, empathy, and precision.
• Managing multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a fast-paced Executive Care environment.
• Balancing premium service delivery with operational KPIs such as productivity, handle time, and SLA adherence.
• Building long-term relationships with executive travelers through consistent, high-quality service.
• Collaborating with peers to maintain a high-performance, elite service culture.
