Job summary

Perk is seeking an Executive / VIP Business Travel Consultant to deliver elite, seven-star service to senior leaders and high-value corporate clients. The role is highly personalized, time-critical, and relationship-driven.

Ideal candidates have strong hospitality or premium travel backgrounds and know how to operate in contact centres where CSAT, productivity, and efficiency matter. GDS experience is required, cross-platform training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Executive and VIP corporate travel.
• Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveller preferences and policy.
• Handle travel disruptions with speed, empathy, and precision.
• Manage multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a fast-paced environment.
• Balance premium service with KPIs like productivity and SLA adherence.
• Build long-term relationships with Executive travellers.
