Job summary

Perk is seeking an outstanding Executive / VIP Business Travel Consultant to deliver elite service to executives and high-value corporate clients. This role requires managing complex itineraries while providing high-touch service, ensuring a personalized and efficient travel experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or premium travel, exceptional communication skills, and GDS experience. You will need to demonstrate calm professionalism in high-pressure situations. This position is remote, with a fixed-term basis across various locations including the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-touch, premium customer service.
• GDS experience in Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Strong understanding of contact centre metrics including productivity and CSAT.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end corporate travel for executives and VIPs.
• Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveller preferences.
• Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed and precision.
