Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced e‑Mobility Product Support Engineer to join our Global Service organization in the Netherlands. You will be the regional technical expert and SPOC for deployment, installation, and ongoing support of our charging infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities include providing expert support, remote diagnostics, on-site visits, and delivering training. You will work with Sales and Quality teams to ensure top-tier service and continually improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical role with hands-on service activities.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English (French is a plus).

We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our Global Service organization to drive and accelerate our growth in the e-mobility charging infrastructure application.

As an e‑Mobility Product Support Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting customers and internal teams during the deployment and installation of our solutions. You’ll be the regional technical expert and Single Point of Contact (SPOC), ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert technical support for our e‑Mobility portfolio.
• Investigate and resolve cases via remote diagnostics or on‑site visits.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of electrical design, IT networking, and cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical role with hands‑on service activities.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Organized, decisive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
