Job summary

Siemens eMobility is seeking a hands-on Manager Customer Service for the Benelux region. You will lead a multidisciplinary team including Field Service Engineers, Service coordinators and Account Managers to deliver exceptional service and resolve escalations.

You will own customer satisfaction, service delivery, field operations, safety, and team development, staying close to operations and customers to drive performance.

Qualifications

7+ years in customer service, field service, or service delivery management.
Proven leadership of technical service teams.
Experience with electrical infrastructure, EV charging, or industrial automation.
Fluent in Dutch and English; Benelux language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the Customer Service and Field Service organization.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
Monitor and improve service KPIs, response times, and uptime.
Develop and coach a motivated service team.
Drive continuous improvement in service processes and customer support.
