ABC People partners with a fast-growing fintech scale-up reshaping the payments industry. In four years they’ve raised over €20 million and are expanding in Amsterdam.

As a Customer Support Specialist for the Netherlands, you’ll be the first point of contact, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and communicate clearly in Dutch. You’ll work with product, development and sales to improve the customer experience and help grow the Italian and Belgian markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Experience collaborating with product, development and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for customers with technical questions or issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Log and track support requests in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Collect customer feedback and identify recurring patterns to drive product improvements.
