Job summary

Next Job Abroad is hiring Customer Support Consultants to help users with everyday apps, wallets, and streaming accounts. If you speak Dutch and have strong English, you can join a social role with a clear routine, no coding, and a chance to experience a new culture by moving abroad.

You'll handle non-technical troubleshooting via chat, email, and phone, stay friendly and solution-focused, and follow a 10:00–19:00 weekday shift.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch with solid professional English skills.
• Enjoy talking to people and solving quick problems.
• Good computer skills to manage chats, emails and phone tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-technical troubleshooting via chat, email and phone.
• Keep interactions friendly, helpful and solution-oriented.
• Follow the shift schedule 10:00–19:00, Mon–Fri; weekends off.
