Qualifications

• Dutch language at C2 or native level; comfortable English conversation (B1+).
• Warm, engaging phone manner with proactive, positive attitude.
• Tech-savvy with ability to troubleshoot devices and services.
• EU passport or Spanish residency needed for contract finalization.
• Willingness to work a rotational schedule within stated windows.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails to help Dutch customers.
• Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting for devices and settings.
• Suggest product updates and promotional extensions to add value.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles to ensure a smooth service flow.
