Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join its Porto team. The role requires handling inquiries across markets, delivering professional and empathetic service, and maintaining high quality in a fast-paced environment.

The position is onsite in Porto with 24/7 rotational shifts. You will receive a monthly gross salary of €1,100 (paid over 14 salaries), plus a €4,000 welcome bonus and accommodation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch.
• C1 level of English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn, retain, and manage large amounts of information.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support more than one market when required.
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures.
• Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and work with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrate active listening and empathy in every customer interaction.
• Maintain a high level of service quality in a fast-paced environment.
