The role includes 24/7 rotational shifts in a multinational team; compensation includes 1,100€ gross per month across 14 salaries, a 4,000€ welcome bonus paid over year, food allowance, and accommodation support; relocation details discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written Dutch.
• C1 level English proficiency.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication.

• Support more than one market when required.

• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures.
• Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally.
