Qualifications

• Commercial B2B experience; comfortable navigating complex organizations.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data reporting.
• Strong communication in Dutch (C2) and English; proactive, self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting via cold calls and email (80-90% outbound).
• Follow up on inbound leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
