Airwallex in Amsterdam is seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads across the Benelux market. You will engage prospects, identify high-value opportunities, and drive early sales funnel activities in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will collaborate with SME & Growth Account Executives, support marketing with feedback, and help shape outbound strategies. This hybrid role requires a proactive self-starter who thrives on targets and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch and English is a must.
• Ability to generate and qualify leads and manage early funnel activities.
• Track record of top performance or strong results in similar roles.
• Self-starter with comfort in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential customers via email outreach or cold calling; follow up at designated touchpoints.
• Move quality leads through the funnel and coordinate with sales to arrange meetings.
• Qualify prospects by understanding needs and Viability for hand-off to sales.
• Update CRM with activities and contact information; support reporting efforts.
• Test and refine outreach strategies and share best practices with Marketing.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on handover and first call.
