Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Customer Success Manager who can ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement for our customers in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The role bridges operational execution with strategic objectives and requires strong affinity with store technology, infrastructure, and hardware environments.

You will coordinate across internal and external service providers to align performance, reliability, and customer outcomes with business goals.

Qualifications

Experience in chain-management or SIAM concepts.
Strong analytical skills with focus on non-functional requirements.
Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary tactical point of contact for customer delivery, satisfaction, and service-related discussions.
Translate customer needs into actionable service requirements across the chain.
Build trusted relationships across customer operations, engineering, and management layers.
Lead or contribute to end-to-end chain orchestration across internal teams, vendors, and SIAM-related roles.
Monitor service performance, identify structural issues, and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to ensure sustainable service delivery.
Translate technology topics into business-relevant outcomes for customers.
