RetailSonar seeks a trilingual Customer Intelligence Consultant to join the NL team in Utrecht. You will oversee onboarding and ongoing success, translating data into practical business insights for Dutch, Belgian, and German clients. The role blends client interaction, training, and strategic guidance.

You’ll work with executives, maintain high client satisfaction, and help scale location intelligence solutions across Europe. A strong analytical mindset and self‑start attitude are essential.

About you

• Preferably, you hold a master’s degree in technical/economical or business area with a touch of data technology (e.g. Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Informatics) .
• A first experience in a customer-facing consultancy role is a plus but not required.
• You are Dutch native and speak English and German fluently.
• You have a strong interest for client interactions and look forward to being their trusted point of contact – from understanding their needs and translating that into a suitable solution, to onboarding and training them as well as guiding and supporting them at every stage of their journey with us.
• You have the courage, enthusiasm, persuasiveness and corresponding language skills to talk to the top management of our (international) customers.
• You are excited and enthusiastic about the prospect of giving presentations to customers at C-level.
• You care about your customers and are able to build a strong, lasting bond with them by staying closely involved throughout every stage of their journey.
• You have an appetite for Customer Success methodology: health monitoring, success planning, business reviews, and churn prevention or demonstrable experience in a structured CS role.
• You have a sharp, analytical mind.
• You have an eye for detail and know how to translate data into easy‑to‑grasp customer insights.
• You are a self‑starter that can work independently.

What does your typical day look like?

• You act as your customer’s main point of contact, maintaining close and frequent contact with them and guiding and supporting them through every stage of the collaboration – from onboarding to long‑term follow‑up.
• Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We achieve this by delivering high‑quality end results and going the extra mile. Our analysts rise to any challenge and dare to think outside the box.
• Your daily tasks include interpreting and preparing our platform outputs for customer conversations, validating that analyses make sense for the customer's context, leading training sessions and follow‑up calls, monitoring account health, and supporting customers in translating location intelligence into real business decisions.
• You work on projects with a small team of colleagues from start to delivery and is committed to meet all deadlines and deliverables.
