RetailSonar seeks a trilingual Customer Intelligence Consultant to join the NL team in Utrecht. You will oversee onboarding and ongoing success, translating data into practical business insights for Dutch, Belgian, and German clients. The role blends client interaction, training, and strategic guidance.

You’ll work with executives, maintain high client satisfaction, and help scale location intelligence solutions across Europe. A strong analytical mindset and self‑start attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical/economical or business area with data technology exposure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer’s main point of contact and guide onboarding to long‑term success.
• Translate platform outputs into clear business discussions and decisions for clients.
• Lead training sessions, perform follow‑up calls, and monitor account health.
• Collaborate with small teams to deliver projects on time and meet commitments.
