RetailSonar in Utrecht is seeking a bilingual Customer Intelligence Consultant to guide Dutch and Belgian clients from onboarding to long-term success. You combine client-facing consultancy with analytical skills to turn location data into strategic advice.

You will own the customer journey, present insights at C-level, and work with a small team from onboarding to renewal. The role offers a competitive salary, a semi-annual bonus, flexible hours, and the option to work from home 2–3 days per

Qualifications

• Master's degree in technical/economical or business area with a touch of data technology (e.g. Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Informatics).
• First experience in a customer-facing consultancy role is a plus but not required.
• You are Dutch native and speak English fluently. Knowledge of German is big plus!
• Strong interest for client interactions and look forward to being their trusted point of contact - from understanding needs to translating into a suitable solution, onboarding and training them.
• Courage, enthusiasm, persuasiveness and language skills to talk to top management of international customers.
• Excited about presenting to customers at C-level.
• Care about customers and build lasting bonds by staying closely involved throughout every stage.
• Appetite for Customer Success methodology: health monitoring, success planning, business reviews, and churn prevention, or demonstrable CS experience.
• Sharp, analytical mind; eye for detail; translate data into easy-to-grasp customer insights.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as customer’s main point of contact, guiding onboarding to long-term follow-up.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality end results and going the extra mile.
• Interpret and prepare platform outputs for customer conversations, validating analyses for the customer context.
• Lead training sessions and follow-up calls, monitor account health, and support customers in translating location intelligence into business decisions.
• Work on projects with a small team from start to delivery and meet all deadlines and deliverables.
