Job summary

RetailSonar is seeking a bilingual Customer Intelligence Consultant to join our NL team in Utrecht. You will guide Dutch and Belgian clients from onboarding through long-term success, translating complex location data into actionable business insights.

You will act as the trusted point of contact, maintain strong client relationships, and support clients with platform outputs, training, and strategic reviews. A passion for client success and data-driven storytelling is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in technical/economical or business area with a touch of data technology (e.g. Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Informatics).
• First experience in a customer-facing consultancy role is a plus but not required.
• Dutch native and fluent in English; German knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interest in client interactions and being the trusted point of contact throughout the journey with RetailSonar.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer's main point of contact, guiding onboarding to long-term success.
• Interpret and translate location intelligence outputs into clear business recommendations.
• Lead training sessions and follow-up calls; monitor account health and customer satisfaction.
• Work with a small team to deliver projects from start to finish and meet deadlines.
