Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Client Service Representatives to join international teams in Greece. This 100% remote role in Greece offers customer service, after-sales support, and technical assistance across various projects.

Work Mon–Fri with occasional weekend shifts; €1,300 gross per month (paid over 14 months) plus performance-based bonus. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Greece; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2–C1 level depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Experience in fast-paced international environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Provide after-sales support including returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide product setup.
• Handle complaints professionally and provide solutions.
• Create and manage customer cases in CRM systems.
• Investigate issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams.
• Provide timely updates on cases.
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain customer records.
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain a professional customer-focused approach.
