Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Client Service Advisor to remotely support customers from Greece. The role offers 100% remote work from Greece, with a monthly gross salary of €1,300–€1,500 paid over 14 months and a performance bonus up to €250/month. A relocation package and structured training are included to help you settle in.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders and payments, and maintain CRM records in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Dutch language at C1/C2 level.
• English language at B2-C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
