Job summary

WW Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Client Service Representatives to join international teams in Greece. This fully remote role requires Dutch at C1/C2 and English at B2-C1, and offers customer service, after-sales support, or technical assistance depending on the project.

You will work Monday–Friday with weekend shifts possible; compensation is €1,300 gross per month paid over 14 months plus a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Experience working in fast-paced international environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Provide after-sales support, returns, replacements, refunds and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through setup and configuration.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions.
• Create and manage customer cases in CRM systems.
• Investigate issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Provide timely updates to customers on their cases.
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain customer records.
• Research information using internal tools and knowledge bases.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach in every interaction.
