Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch language skills required (C1/C2).
• English proficiency at B2–C1, depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries about products, orders, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through setup.
