WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Client Service Representatives to join international teams in Greece. This fully remote role supports customers across projects, offering options from general inquiries to technical assistance and claims support.

You’ll work remotely from Greece with a 14-month pay structure and a €1,300 gross/month base, plus a performance bonus. Visa sponsorship is not provided, and Greek work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) required and English (B2–C1) depending on project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems.
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases.
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
