Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Client Service Representatives to join international teams in Greece. This remote role covers customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, and occasional business customer support.

Work remotely from Greece with a 100% remote setup, 14-month compensation of €1,300 gross per month plus a performance-based bonus. Relocation package includes hotel accommodation, airport pickup, flight ticket, and real estate fee.

Qualifications

Dutch language level C1/C2 and English level B2-C1 are required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems.
