Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment represents an international electronics company seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to blend customer support with hands-on operational tasks.

You will be the first contact for inquiries, manage web shop operations, and support both B2B and B2C accounts. This role is based in the Netherlands with a hybrid model and a 1-year contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
• 2–3 years in a customer service, client support, or client-facing role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; able to handle multiple open cases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries from B2C and B2B clients via phone and email.
• Provide accurate product information and technical guidance; escalate complex issues to the technical team as needed.
• Log, assign and track service and support requests through resolution.

Skills
