Job summary

WW Talents in Greece seeks Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. You will handle inquiries by phone, email and chat, delivering accurate support for product, account and technical issues on-site.

Working schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts, across a dynamic, multilingual environment. Relocation is provided, including hotel stay, airport pickup, flight ticket and real estate guidance.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on the project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional support.
• Resolve product, account, payment, and technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, refunds, repairs, and claims.
• Manage customer cases and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and meet service quality standards.
