Job summary

HiBob in Amsterdam is seeking a Business Development Representative to help grow our B2B tech sales in a fast-growing, global startup. You’ll work with marketing to prospect, engage, and move opportunities through the funnel with a collaborative team.

You’ll need to be coachable, self-organised, fluent in English, and able to communicate in Dutch (C1). No direct tech sales experience required if you have the right drive and people skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Dutch language at C1 level or higher.
• Ambition to build a B2B tech sales career.
• Curious, creative and bold with strong relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Territory development: identify and nurture business relationships to generate new opportunities.
• Perform outbound calls and emails to prospect new opportunities.
• Identify key decision-makers and determine buying readiness and timelines.
• Create account maps and strategies to ensure well-researched opportunities.
• Collaborate with account executives on approach and traction to new business opportunities.
• Capture and manage information/metrics in Salesforce.
• Provide feedback to marketing on conversations and content effectiveness.
