Job summary

Holm Security, a European cyber security software company, is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business across Benelux from Amsterdam. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through demo, negotiation, and close with IT and security decision-makers.

You’ll work with marketing-generated leads and self-sourced opportunities, backed by solutions specialists, marketing, and customer success in a fast-growing regional team with a hybrid Amsterdam office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales
• Hunter mindset with outbound prospecting
• Ability to navigate IT and security buyers
• Strong consultative selling and self-direction

Responsibilities

• Run the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline via outbound prospecting.
• Convert marketing inbound leads into closed business.
• Conduct product demos and discovery calls with IT/security stakeholders.
• Collaborate with solutions specialists on deep-dives and value proofs.
• Represent Holm at Benelux events and meetings.
