Job summary

MR MARVIS in Amsterdam is seeking a flexible Customer Experience agent to support Dutch-speaking customers across email, phone, chat and social media. The role requires fluent Dutch and English and at least 24 hours per week, including weekend shifts.

You’ll help with product questions, returns and feedback, while enjoying perks like paid vacation time, pension, lunch at the office, and a hybrid office setup with 60% in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience in multichannel customer support is a plus.
• You currently reside in the Netherlands and can work there.

Responsibilities

• Daily customer support via email, phone, chat and social media
• Look for creative ways to delight our customers and go beyond industry standards
• Processing returns and reviews on Trustpilot or other portals
• Be the voice of the customer by improving the customer experience in close cooperation with a well-coordinated team and provide customer feedback to the company
