Job summary

MR MARVIS in Amsterdam is seeking a flexible Customer Experience agent to support Dutch-speaking customers across email, phone, chat and social media. The role requires fluent Dutch and English and at least 24 hours per week, including weekend shifts.

Job description

Earn €17.74 per hour in a flexible 24–40-hour Customer Experience role at our Amsterdam HQ. We’re looking for fluent Dutch and English speakers who can work at least 24 hours per week, including 8 hours over the weekend. You’ll help Dutch-speaking MR MARVIS customers with everything from product questions to returns, across email, phone, chat and social media.

It’s a practical, customer-focused role that can work well alongside your studies or training. You’ll have the freedom to solve problems thoughtfully while sharing customer feedback that helps us improve.

What you'll do

What you'll bring

• You currently live in the Netherlands and are eligible to work here

• Highly proficient in spoken as well as written Dutch and English

• You are available at least 24 hours per week, including at least 8 hours regularly during the weekend.

• Previous existent customer service experience is a plus, especially in positions where multiple channels of communication were handled at the same time (e.g. phone, e-mail, chat)
