A warm, natural communicator thrives in a social, international team. Training is on-site for 4 weeks, followed by a hybrid model with flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (native) with English (B1) minimum.
• Warm, natural communicator who enjoys helping people.
• Digitally savvy with standard software interfaces and CRM tools.
• Legally eligible to work under a Spanish contract.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
• Guide users through quick digital fixes and setup processes.
• Identify upsell opportunities for better packages or add-ons.
