Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Greece. Expect on-site work in Athens or Thessaloniki, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and solving product and account issues with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

The package includes a gross €1,300–€1,500 monthly salary on a 14-month basis, with bonuses and a full relocation package covering hotel, airport pickup, flight and real estate fees.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on the project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working with computers and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional support.
• Resolve product, account, payment, and technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, refunds, repairs, and claims.
• Manage customer cases and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and meet service quality standards.
