NIQ is recruiting a Customer Success Consultant for the Netherlands, based in Amstelveen with hybrid work options. You will partner with leading Dutch retailers, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations to improve client outcomes.

You will combine relationship management, consulting and analytics to help clients identify opportunities, understand market trends and maximize value from NIQ insights. The role suits someone who enjoys customer-facing work and measurable impact.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of experience in customer success, consulting, category management, insights or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience in FMCG, retail or market research is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build trusted relationships with retail clients and become their strategic advisor.
• Analyze market, category and shopper data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Deliver presentations and business reviews to client stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase client value and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with analytics, commercial and operational teams.
