Job summary

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our international team in Madrid with a comprehensive relocation package. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support in Dutch and English.

The role offers a permanent contract, 35 hours per week (up to 40), a Dutch language bonus and performance bonus, plus a relocation package including flight and 25 days accommodation to ease your move to Spain.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
