Job summary

Next Job Abroad is offering a relocation opportunity to Alicante or Málaga, Spain, to join a multinational customer support team. You will assist customers in Dutch and English, handling phone, email, and chat inquiries while explaining mobile services, internet, and TV setups.

The role emphasizes friendly, proactive service, cross-selling opportunities, and detailed record-keeping. A hybrid work model is available after onboarding, with a robust relocation package and training support.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English (B1+).
• EU passport or right to work in Spain.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending products/services.
• Basic technical understanding and good computer skills.
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions about mobile services, home internet, and TV.
• Help with SIM card activation, internet setup, TV installation, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented customer service.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling (training provided).
• Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with your team to ensure excellent customer experience.
