Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking Dutch-speaking customer support professionals to relocate to Spain, Alicante or Málaga, joining a multinational team. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing mobile, internet, and TV questions while delivering friendly, practical service.

Training is provided, with a relocation package and a hybrid model after onboarding. This role offers growth within an international brand and the chance to live abroad in sunny Spain.

What you will do

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling (full training provided).
• Maintain accurate customer records and work closely with your team to ensure an excellent customer experience

Requirements

What you will bring

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English (B1+).
• EU passport or the legal right to work in Spain.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending additional products or services.
• Basic technical understanding and good computer skills.
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
