Next Job Abroad is seeking Dutch-speaking customer support professionals to relocate to Spain, Alicante or Málaga, joining a multinational team. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing mobile, internet, and TV questions while delivering friendly, practical service.

Training is provided, with a relocation package and a hybrid model after onboarding. This role offers growth within an international brand and the chance to live abroad in sunny Spain.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch and good English are required.
• EU passport or legal right to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with questions about mobile services, home internet and TV.
• Help with SIM card activation and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Deliver friendly, professional, solution-oriented service.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling; full training provided.
