Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Madrid is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our international team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

The position offers a permanent contract from day one, a 35-hour work week (with option to increase to 40), a Dutch language bonus (€4/hour), and a performance bonus (up to €3/hour).

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) required.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions.
• Deliver accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions.
• Handle customer complaints and find effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments when needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.
