Cross Border Talents in Madrid is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our international team. You will be the first contact for Dutch customers, delivering high-quality support by phone, email, and chat, and resolving product-related questions.

We offer a permanent contract, 35 hours per week (up to 40), a Dutch language bonus, a performance bonus, and a relocation package including travel and upfront housing support.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch speaker or fluent with excellent written and spoken Dutch.
• Good command of English to assist international customers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries and product-related questions.
• Deliver accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions.
• Handle customer complaints and find effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments when needed.
