Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Care Specialist to join an international team in Madrid. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support via phone, email or chat while meeting targets and maintaining a friendly, professional tone.

The role offers a permanent contract, 35 hours weekly (up to 40), and a relocation package with flight/train, accommodation, and salary start bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written).

Responsibilities
