LJ Global Horizon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to join its international team in Porto, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for Dutch customers, delivering high-quality support via phone, email and chat.

In this role you handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records while upholding service quality standards. Accommodation is provided, and an on-site role with a hybrid option after a few months.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
• Good level of English (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• EU passport or right to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Dutch (C1+) and basic English.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve issues, complaints, and requests.
